Mobile, or Smartphone, access to websites is growing at an incredible rate. Leading industry sources report a 600% growth in traffic to mobile websites over the last 12 months, with no slowdown in sight. In order to help their clients e-commerce websites benefit from the potential this change brings, the MoonlitePro system is being adapted to detect mobile browsers, and deliver pages formatted for the device. This will provide potential e-commerce customers with a more pleasureable and easy-access browsing experience, leading to more conversion and repeat ordering. Automatic Google Products submission is now live for those clients subscribing to the MoonlitePro marketing toolokit. Store administrators have the ability to fine-tune those products featured in the list, and statistics are available real-time to monitor the feed progress. Early indications are that this will provide a very useful source of active customers, with some stores showing good traffic and sales growth.12 July 2010

The MoonlitePro team have been working hard on a new interactive statistics area for the MoonlitePro back office, and the first stage of this is launched today. Due to a recent Flash update from Adobe, some features of the product image upload may not have worked as smoothly as normal recently. This issue has now been resolved by the developent team.16 June 2010
Quick Price entry for categories is now available for MoonlitePro store owners. Enabling administrators to edit the pricing of products in a category on one page will make the fine-tuning of pricing much easier.26 May 2010

We are currently undertaking a major update of the MoonlitePro ecommerce system, updating SagePay integration to the latest 2.23 protocol. Once the updates have been completed, clients will also have the option of integrating with SagePay via the ‘VSP Server’ method. This means that customers will not be taken to SagePay’s website to complete a transaction, instead they will remain on clients websites at all times, communication with Sage takes place securely in the background. 27 April 2010
The e-ticket application for MoonlitePro continues to work well for the Trowbridge Pump Festival. MoonlitePro has been configured to produce PDF tickets on completion of payment, saving the festival many hours of administration time. New developments with MoonlitePro will enable automatic submission and administration of the stores GoogleProduct listings. Work is underway on the Sale facility for the MoonlitePro system. This will enable store owners to prepare sale discounts for a range of products, or select products individually to promote. Work is now complete in moving the MoonltePro back office area onto a secure socket layer. Back office users will notice that the padlock icon appears next to their browser address bar, indicating that all data sent between browser and website is encrypted. 25 September 2009
